This privacy policy explains how Fiona Wallis Therapies ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects the information you give us. We only use it to respond to your enquiry and, if you go on to book, to arrange your appointment.

Information we collect

When you contact us through the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, and any message you send.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and arrange an appointment. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from our last contact with you about it. Analytics information, where you have accepted optional cookies, is kept for 14 months and then deleted.

Analytics, and only if you agree

If you accept optional cookies we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the site, which pages are visited, and whether people tap the phone number. Until you accept, none of that runs: Google Analytics is not loaded, no analytics cookies are set, and no identifier is created on your device. If you decline, it stays off. Sending an enquiry works the same way either way. Full detail is in the cookies and tracking page.

Separately, we keep a plain tally of how many times each page is viewed and how many people accept or decline optional cookies. It uses no cookie, stores nothing on your device, and creates no identifier: your visit becomes part of a number and no record of it is kept. It is never shared with Google or anyone else.

Sharing your information

Enquiry emails are delivered through Resend, an email delivery service, and (where you have accepted optional cookies) behavioural counts are recorded through Silver Spider Media Ltd, who built and maintain this website on our behalf, and through Google Analytics. We do not share your information with anyone else.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to withdraw your consent for us to contact you at any time. To make any such request, please get in touch on 07971 660127.
